HEALTH / TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is your responsibility to organize suitable travel and health insurance. This may cover you for any flight delays, cancellations or unexpected events that may arise prior to or during our event/experience. Lola Wellness cannot be held liable if your failure to arrange suitable insurance coverage leaves you exposed, medically, financially or otherwise.

PAYMENT POLICY

Prices are based per person, for either single(1 person) or twin/double(2 persons sharing) occupancy. Full upfront payment is require to secure a booking. Prices do not include transfers or flights. Guests must have adequate health/travel insurance to cover all activities listed and unexpected events. All prices include GST.

THIRD PARTIES

Lola Wellness Club Pty Ltd holds no responsibility for the actions or omissions of third parties or independent contractors, including in the event that they modify the nature of a service on an event/experience as compared with the advertised nature of the service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be charged upon the request of any cancellation. Cancellation requests within 90 days of the experience/event will hold a 100% cancellation fee. Lola Wellness Club Pty Ltd is responsible to pay suppliers, venues and catering etc upfront. These third parties have cancellations policies which are in place therefore our cancellation policy is has no exceptions.

GENERAL WAIVER

You acknowledge that during any event/experience you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged by the event/experience organisers, and insofar as legally permissible, surrender your right to any cause of action against Lola Wellness Club Pty Ltd arising from any loss or damage to person or property that occurs during an event/experience

PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY/ MEDIA/ MARKETING RELEASE FORM

I hereby grant Lola Wellness Club Pty Ltd the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use photographic portraits / images / videos in which I feature that are taken during the course of the experience/event to use /reshare/ copyright, etc. for all commercial uses in association with Lola Wellness Club Pty Ltd. I hereby release and discharge Lola Wellness Club Pty Ltd from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

When you book any event/experience hosted by Lola Wellness Club Pty Ltd you agree to all policies above.
