Do you provide airport transfers?

Yes. Please send us an email with your flight details and we can arrange private or group transfers direct from the airport to and from the hotel.

Can I come solo to an experience?

Yes our experiences are about connection within our community. Most of our guest come alone and check out from our experience with newly made friendships and connections for life.

Can I share a king-sized bed room with a friend?

Yes. Please select the Double occupancy option when booking your experience.

Do you cater for all dietary requirements?

Yes. We will send you a registration form after booking your experience where you can list your dietary requirements. All dietary will be catered for.

What level of fitness do I need to be?

All of our training sessions are suited to all levels and abilities of fitness and movement. Our program will not be intense training or high impact. We focus on Strength and Conditioning fundamentals whilst offering a variety of styles through Yoga, Pilates and Walking. If there are any training sessions or workshops you wish to rest out of we encourage you to listen to your body and tune in to what your needs are.

What do I need to bring/pack?

We will provide you with a Lola Welcome Pack once you secure your booking at one of our experiences. This will list all activities, a schedule, list of what to bring/pack and any other important information.
