This was a retreat in every sense of the word offering a variety of activities & treatments, one in particular that pushed me past my comfort zone but with the support & encouragement I needed I did it, it was invigorating. The food was exceptional and the surroundings were beautiful, I loved the sanctuary of my own room to rest & recharge. I met a lovely group of women & thank Sarah who created this perfect blend of relaxation, movement & recharge. So happy to be part of this special wellness group #lolawellnessclub

My first experience doing anything like this and loved it! Such a treat to have every aspect organised for you and be wowed every day by so many experiences and experts in their field. Nutritionist, fitness, sunrise walk to lighthouse, breathing workshop (incredible!), ice bath, beach walks, infra red sauna, chilling by the pool, massage (off the charts amazing!)..and don't get me started on the food...every meal was sooo good! Accommodation was incredible (bed was A++) and staff were all delightful. Meeting and hanging out with so many great women was an added bonus. Sarah, you certainly curated an amazing 4 days and thanks for getting me out of my rut, it was exactly what I needed. Feeling better than ever!

Lola Wellness Club women’s retreat was an amazing experience. Every component was so thoughtfully curated to promote holistic well-being for busy women needing a quick recharge. It had the perfect mix of yoga, exercise and workshop sessions accompanied by nourishing meals constructed from local and organic produce. The setting was absolutely stunning - Swell in Byron is such a beautiful space. I also really enjoyed meeting and connecting with like-minded women. Highly recommend!!

My time at Lola retreat was exactly what I needed. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, the food was so fresh and made with love, the beautiful walks, the challenging workouts and there is nothing more special that the gathering of women each and everyone of them were so beautiful. Sarah did such an amazing job with creating such a space and the schedule for the 4 days was so enjoyable. Not to mention the workshop experiences were so helpful, I was able to take them home and implement into my weekly routine. I’m feeling fresh, fit and well rested. Well done Lola/Sarah I’ll definitely be back, I am still on a high from the 4 days. X

Attending lolas first wellness retreat was an absolutely transformative experience! From the serene surroundings to the knowledgeable instructors, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The yoga sessions were rejuvenating, the nutritious meals were delicious, and the mindfulness workshops left me feeling refreshed and centered.
